Quest Construction Completes La Costa Heights School Modernization Encinitas, California - September 15, 2003 Quest Construction, as Construction Manager for the Encinitas Union School District, has completed the modernization of the La Costa Heights School in time for the new school year. As part of the project, a new HVAC system and new cabinets were installed throughout the school, and a new multi-purpose room and kitchen were both constructed. In addition, two relocatable classrooms were built for the students in just 2 months time. The architect for the project was Liedenfrost/Horowitz Associates and major trade contractors included Tony Wanket Construction, Spectra Contract Flooring, K&Z Cabinets, RLP Company, Brock Electric and Westcoast HVAC.
