San Diego Neurosurgery & Spine Institute Completed San Diego, California - April 9, 2002 Quest Construction Engineering & Management, Inc. has completed construction of the new offices for San Diego Neurosurgery & Spine Institute at 561 Saxony Place in Encinitas. Project Manager Tim Travers and Superintendent Joe Luna completed the $107,000 contract in 5 weeks. Subcontractors included Best Interiors, Island Electric, General Air Conditioning, World Carpet, and JB Painting.
